Overview:
HEV series aerogel battery thermal insulation sheet is an aerogel composite thermal insulation sheet prepared by special process with pre-oxygenated fiber, glass fiber or ceramic fiber as the base material and aerogel as the core functional material. The product can be combined with polymer (PET, PI) film or flame-retardant coating by hot pressing or coating to prepare power battery heat insulation sheet, the finished product has excellent heat insulation and buffering functions, good flame resistance and high tensile strength. It is mainly used for thermal protection between the power battery cells, which can effectively prevent the thermal loss of the battery cells and greatly improve the riding safety of new energy vehicles. When one of the groups of cells occurs thermal runaway, the aerogel insulation sheet between the cells can block the heat transfer to the adjacent cells to prevent heat diffusion, to avoid the domino effect of thermal runaway of the new energy dynamic power battery cell.
