Overview:
SNTF-02 is a high-performance epoxy intumescent fireproof coating. This is a thick paste type, solvent-free, two-component coating, with excellent durability, good adhesion to ensure the robustness of the coating, with good electrical insulation, suitable for the fire protection of electrical equipment, with good weather resistance, can resist ultraviolet radiation and outdoor climate change, maintain long-term stable fire performance, and with anti-corrosion and fire protection performance. By the national fire products and flame-retardant products quality supervision and inspection center test, passed the GB 14907-2018 test. At the same time, the test report was obtained according to UL 1709 standard test.

Construction reference:
- Surface treatment: All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and pollution-free.
 - The coating is a two-component coating, if use the modified airless sprayer, a set of SNTF-02 coating (component A: Component B = 4:1 (mass ratio)) is thoroughly mixed with a power tool. Each mixture should be stored at 21-27 ℃ 24 hours before use and thoroughly stirred before mixing. Mix and use within 60 minutes.
 - Do not leave coating in tubes, spray guns, or spray equipment. Rinse all equipment thoroughly with matching thinner. The coating should not be repackaged after mixing. If the operation is suspended for a long time, it is recommended to use the newly adjusted paint when restarting.
 - All equipment should be cleaned immediately after use. It is a good habit to regularly flush the spraying equipment in the daily work process. The number of cleanings depends on the amount of spraying, temperature, spraying time, including the time of delay and other factors. All leftover paint and empty containers shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable local laws/regulations.
 - The film thickness can be changed according to the purpose and location of use. The coating rate, recoating interval and drying time will also change accordingly. This product has no maximum recoating interval. If the construction surface is contaminated before repainting, wash the surface with fresh water under high pressure and allow it to dry before repainting.
 - This product is intended for only professional construction personnel in the industrial field to carry out construction in accordance with the recommendations given in this manual and material Safety Technical Manual.
